It has been amazing to see Waukee Community Church rise up and come together in prayer.
One of my prayers for our church as we get ready for The Avenue: Crossroads is that we would become more unified as a body. I pray we would continue to embrace our Kingdom calling and Vision and
be compelled to share that with our community. I see these things coming to fruition in our prayer together - whether it’s through 4.4.40, at the Prayer Brunch, or after the service on Sundays.
We have so many who have signed up for 4.4.40 and who are faithfully praying. Thank you for those of you who are participating! Prayer is powerful and it is a blessing to be able to communicate with our Heavenly Father as we seek wisdom, blessing, and mission regarding The Crossroads. If you have not signed up, it’s not too late! Thank you also to everyone who came together for the Prayer Brunch. It was a wonderful experience to pray and fellowship together. If you would like to continue to pray together over the Crossroads, please join me (Jess Savage) in the Cry Room after the Sunday Gathering. I am excited to see you there!
